General Characteristics
This project is a bioclimatic architecture building and serves as the student residence of the American Farm School and the Department of Advanced Agricultural Studies “DIMITRIS PERROTIS.” Its construction was completed in 2010 and it is a donation from the philanthropist Aliki Perroti to the department. The project was executed by P. MAKRIDIS & ASSOCIATES S.A. and won 1st prize in the nationwide “Bgreen award” competition.
